Markup — returned for revision
Your current workflow deserves a redline.
Most energy projects still run on email, spreadsheets, and shared drives. Here's the markup we'd send back.
01 Final_v2_FINAL_revised(3).pdf on the shared drive
One register. One current revision. Full history.
02 Transmittals sent as email attachments
Formal transmittals with receipts, responses, and an audit trail.
03 Clients reading your internal comments
Party-based visibility — internal stays internal.
04 Deliverable status chased through a spreadsheet
Live stage workflows with approvals built in.
Drawing register — capabilities

Send formal document packages between parties. Track what was sent, by whom, with complete traceability.
Multi-party access
Consultants, developers, EPCs, and owner's engineers in one workspace. Each party sees only what they should.
Stage workflows
Predefined stages for utility solar, commercial solar, BESS, and grid connection. Templates included, fully customisable.
RFIs & communications
Create, assign, and track Requests for Information with threaded comments and party-scoped visibility.
Time tracking
Log time against typed tasks with built-in timers. Every action lands in the audit trail.

01What is Droxq?
Droxq is an engineering project management platform for solar, BESS, and grid connection projects. It combines controlled documents, formal transmittals, multi-party review, RFIs, stage workflows, and time tracking in one workspace built for engineering consultancies.
02Who is Droxq for?
Electrical and renewable-energy engineering consultancies that exchange controlled documents with developers, EPC contractors, and owner's engineers — typically teams that today manage deliverables over email, spreadsheets, and shared drives.
03How does document control work in Droxq?
Every document lives in a controlled register with coded identifiers, revisions, and versions. Uploads can require internal approval before issue, files are replaceable until transmitted, and once a revision is transmitted it's locked — superseding it requires a new version or revision.
04What are transmittals in Droxq?
Transmittals are formal document packages issued between project parties. Recipients get email notifications and access to exactly the issued revisions, respond with engineering review codes (A approved, B approved with comments, C revise and resubmit, D rejected), and every step is recorded in an audit trail.
05Can external parties see our internal work?
No. Visibility is party-based: external collaborators only see documents transmitted or shared with them, never internal comments, draft revisions, internal markups, or your contacts. External guest accounts are free and don't count toward plan seats.
06How long does setup take?
Minutes. Pick a project template (utility solar, commercial solar, BESS, or grid connection), and stages, deliverables, and tasks are created automatically. Invite internal and external members with role-based access and start issuing.
